{7 years ago today my every dream came true}

I woke up this morning to a little girl in my bed poking at me and whispering "mom, I think it's time to wake up" I opened my eyes and was met with the most beautiful smile I have ever seen...."happy birthday baby girl" she looks at me and says "mom I'm FINALLY 7" funny how she could not wait for this day to come and I have been trying to push the brakes! Wow 7 years old...where did the time go? I have had so many good moments with this little girl and so many trying times as well. She is the light of my life and keeps me going that's for sure. I can't imagine our family without Emelia she makes us what we are.
Emelia Grace i am so proud of how hard you work in school,how athletic you are {despite how much I wanted you to be a dancer} I am over joyed with the way you care for and love your brother, he sure is lucky to have such a awesome sister....I can't wait to see where the next 7 years takes us,but do me a favor and lets not rush it because you will ALWAYS be my baby!
