{Ahhh...why do I have to suck}

I really hate when I want so badly to be good at something and I just plain suck....I want to take up photography. NOT because I want to take anyone pictures or be professional but because I have 2 beautiful kids that I would love to be able to take decent pictures of. I want to be able to capture our moments with pictures that are album worthy. I am trying really hard but dang it I am no good. I hate that :(
I have been using my mom's camera...canon rebel...I enjoy it, it relaxes me, then I see the pictures, FAIL!!!! I really want to buy my OWN camera but it's just not in the cards for me to buy a new one, I am searching every craigslist type site out there though....maybe I will get lucky :0)
Let's all say a prayer that I get better at taking pictures please...and thank you!

Jen, any picture you take of your family is going to be a forever cherished memory. Your talent of being a mom is what makes the smiles in those pictures so amazing. Don't be so hard on yourself, all the memories you need will forever be imprinted into your heart!

Shannon...YOUR RIGHT! I think I'm just frustrated because I want so badly to be good, and I'm not. Failure does not work for me. Thanks for the kind words you made my day!

My favorite pictures are the old ones my mother took and they aren't museum quality!

Well i'm not looking for museum quality...just want to be pleased with the pictures I take. I'm not gonna get too crazy about it until I get a camera.
